Finance Bro Bootcamp, Inc is a NY based training and career building company exclusively focused on training and placement of high quality finance talent in the fields of investment banking, trading and private equity. The company was founded by seasoned investment bankers, traders and private equity professionals in hope of providing “real life” training versus “class room” training to have qualified individuals placed immediately upon completion of the training.

Our training approach has three distinct attributes that make it unique:

1. Identify talented individuals that are academically sound

2. Equip these talented individuals with real skills by having them train on the job. The training itself is a live internship with daily training sessions

3. Place these high quality individuals with third party banks through our network of relationships or provide them employment with our affiliated investment bank or private equity organizations

Our Finance Bro training boot camp is a 3-month boot camp structured to transform candidates from college graduates into a professionals ready to work on wall street. The many topics we will cover in this boot camp will include:

• Image management (attire, speech, email etiquette, greetings, lingo and other professional manners expected from a financial professional)

• EQ (emotional intelligence) to manage competing projects and pressure in high performing environments

• Art of networking (Beyond math, finance is all about sales, marketing and relationship building)

• Math (Depending on the career path of IB vs PE, we will train you on relevant math)

• Legalities (high level legal items that IB and PE teams need to understand)

• Compliance & Regulations (Knowing what to do and what not to do is critical)

• Participating on live deals with our affiliated IB and PE firms (subject to passing any regulatory exams required)

• Origination (Knowing how to build a pipeline)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Computer Science

• Good communication skills

• Disciplined to invest in themselves and hungry to succeed

• Basic understanding of financial markets (we can’t teach you how the financial markets work). You have to have enough curiosity to know basics of financial markets and basic understanding of the stock market.
