Three month on-job training program that will include one-month of training and two-months of internship at our affiliated investment banking organization. During these 3-months, you will be trained on all of the following:

  • Job of an investment banker and how they add value to their clients

  • M&A Analysis (accounting, financial modeling, valuation and excel)

  • M&A transaction structuring and process (using capital markets debt/equity)

  • Image management (attire, speech, email etiquette, greetings, lingo and other professional manners expected from a financial professional)

  • EQ (emotional intelligence) to manage competing projects and pressure in high performing environments

  • Art of networking (Beyond math, finance is all about sales, marketing and relationship building)

  • Legalities (Ins and outs of legal documents used for deals and interpreting key economic terms in these documents)

  • Compliance & Regulations (Knowing what to do and what not to do is critical)

  • Origination (Knowing how to build a pipeline)

  • Participating on live deals with our affiliated IB firms (subject to passing Series 79, Series 66 and Series 7 exams). Please note that as part of this program we DON’T provide training on these licensing exams. We will help you register and source the material for these exams. For additional help for these exams, you may have to enroll with training firms specialized in test prep for these exams
